Our engagement terms for accountancy services — including scope of work, fees, and professional obligations — are set out in the Letter of Engagement provided to you when you become a client. In the event of any conflict, the Letter of Engagement prevails for service matters.
By using our website or portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Who we are

3. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

4. Client portal
Access to the client portal is restricted to registered clients. When you register you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access where we have reason to believe these terms have been breached.

Our liability to you for professional accountancy services is governed by your Letter of Engagement and our professional indemnity insurance cover.
9. Payments
Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms set out in your Letter of Engagement. Online payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment through the portal, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your card details.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
